How does the regrade process work?

Towards the end of the Scheme a recommendation to regrade will be submitted to the Regrade Panel, based on performance evidence  from your Personal Development Training Record and reports from your Placement Managers and mentor.  Following the review you will be advised of the outcome in writing.

• What is the DE&S and how does it fit into the MoD?
• Which degree disciplines do you accept?
• How long does the recruitment process take?
• Where will I be working?
• How long are the placements?
• Will there be an opportunity to visit the wider MoD community?
• Will I receive re-location expenses?
• Do I have paid study leave?
• How does the regrade process work?
• What happens at the end of the Scheme?
• When can I apply for Chartered status?
